- Microscale is suitable for preparing small volume emulsions of several milliliters to 100 ml.
- Mini scale is suitable for preparing emulsions with a capacity of several hundred ml to 2 L.
Device List
Internal Pressure Micro Kit（MN-20）
An internal pressure type microscale device that uses a pipe-shaped 10 mm SPG membrane.
Emulsion dispersion can be confirmed from the outer surface of the SPG membrane.
External Pressure Micro Kit (MG-20）
An external pressure type microscale device that uses a pipe-shaped 10 mm SPG membrane.
A small pore size SPG membrane can be used compared to the internal pressure type, and a small emulsion can be prepared.
High speed Mini Kit（KH-125）
An external pressure type mini scale device that uses a pipe-shaped 10 mm SPG membrane.
The scale is 10 times larger than the micro kit, and it is suitable for emulsification of about 0.5 – 2 L.
Also, since it can be used up to a higher pressure than the micro kit, it is possible to prepare emulsions of 1μm or less.
☆Internal pressure / external pressure micro kits and high-speed mini kits can be custom-made for increasing tank capacity and extending SPG membranes.
