SPG Bubbling

about SPG Bubbling

”SPG bubbling” is a method of dispersing pressurized gas as fine bubbles in the liquid from the pores of the SPG membrane which has a narrow distribution on the micro pore.

Generally, very small bubbles in the liquid are called “fine bubbles”. Bubbles with a size of 1 – 100μm are called “micro bubble”, and bubbles smaller than 1μm are called “ultra fine bubble”.

SPG bubbling is characterized by being able to change the size of bubbles by changing the pore size of the SPG membranes and is suitable for producing larger millimeter-sized bubbles from micro bubbles. In addition, SPG bubbling is “very static generation method” that does not require strong liquid flow or pressurization of the liquid itself. It can be used to supply fine bubbles without damaging microorganisms and macromolecules in the liquid, or to use the principle of bubble levitation

“Internal pressure” and “External pressure” (When using SPG membrane Pipe type 10 mm.)

SPG bubbling uses a high-strength pipe type 10mm SPG membrane. There are two types of usage, “internal pressure” and “external pressure”, and the working pressure differs greatly depending on the method of fixing the SPG membrane and the strength derived from the shape of the SPG pipe.
